Terms of Service

By using Partido you agree to these terms.

The service. Partido is a language-learning app organized around soccer content. We make no guarantee about specific learning outcomes.

Your account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to circumvent the daily play limit).

Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Content. Soccer phrases and chants generated by Partido are provided for educational purposes. Team and league names belong to their respective owners; we use them under fair use for commentary and education.

Liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email.
